    Yes we have a comprehensive public liability cover.Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to £5m.
  2. Are your cleaners insured?
    Yes,our cleaners are also covered by our comprehensive public liability cover.
  3. Can you guarantee your services?
    Yes.We can promise that if you are not satisfied with the job then we will clean till you are happy or we will arrange to come back and re-do the clean free of charge.
  4. Do you work on Bank and Public holidays?
    Yes our office is open on Bank and Public holidays and our cleaners are going to carry out the jobs as usual.
  5. What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept payment by cheque, cash or bank transfer.

  6. Do you charge per job or per hour?

  7. Is it possible to do the cleaning when I am at work?
    Yes.What you need to do is to provide some contact details from where we can pick up the keys.We going to collect the keys and then return it to the initial collection address. Please note that we may charge you £10 if keys have to be picked up from a different postcode.
  8. Who provides the cleaning materials and equipment?
    Our cleaners will bring all the chemicals and equipment.What you need to provide is only access to your property,el.power and water.
